The 3 Am I a Perfectionist types
Not whether your standards are high — whether anything below them is allowed to count. Three facets over the last month: where the bar sits, what a miss does to you, and what the whole arrangement is quietly costing the work.

How the result is decided
Every answer feeds one overall score, and that score falls into one of 3 bands. The bands are levels of the same thing, not different kinds of person.
The barWhen it isn't metWhat it costs the work
This is a screening-style questionnaire, not a diagnosis. A high score is a reason to talk to someone who can assess properly.
All 3 types
📐The Straight EdgeThe bar is high and there is still a band on your scale called good enough. That band is the whole difference, and having it is not the same as aiming low.📐The RatchetThe bar only ever moves one way and it has started charging you. The expensive part is not the standard — it is what the standard is doing to how much you actually finish.📐The Moving LineNothing reaches it, including the things that are genuinely very good. That is the detail that matters: at this level the pain has come loose from the work, so doing better is not the way out.
