Privacy policy

This is the plain-language version of how we handle your data. It says the same thing as our promise page, in more detail. Where this policy and our marketing ever disagree, this policy wins โ and we would treat that disagreement as a bug.
What we collect
Your email address (for sign-in links and receipts), your test answers and computed results, and โ if you use Luna โ your conversation messages. If you add your birth details for astrology features, we store those too.
We do not collect your real name, phone number, precise location, or contacts. You can use every free test without an account at all; results then live only on your device.
What we use it for
Scoring your tests, showing your history, and letting Luna personalize her answers. Aggregate, de-identified statistics (for example, what percentage of people share an archetype) are computed across all results.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Our revenue is subscriptions and reports โ you are the customer, not the product.
Luna and your conversations
Messages you send to Luna are processed by a third-party AI provider under a contract that forbids using your data to train their models.
Conversations are kept for 90 days for safety and quality review, with contact details automatically scrubbed, then deleted. You can delete them earlier at any time in Settings, and you can switch off any category of what Luna sees โ results, memory, astrology โ with one toggle.
Where your data lives
On servers we operate. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics that profile you across sites. Session cookies are strictly functional.
Your controls
Export everything (Markdown or JSON), delete your conversations, or delete your entire account โ each is one button in Settings, none requires contacting support.
Account deletion removes your personal data within 30 days; aggregate statistics that no longer identify you are retained.
Age and scope
MoodyWonder is for people 16 and older. Our tests are for self-reflection and are not medical or psychological diagnosis; Luna is guidance, not therapy.
