Your answers, results and conversations are never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Our revenue is subscriptions — you are the customer, not the product.
No ads while you answer
A test is a conversation with yourself. We will never interrupt it with an ad, a popup, or an upsell.
No paywall before results
You always see your full scored result the moment you finish. Payment unlocks depth — it never holds your result hostage.
No manipulative signup walls
An account exists to save your results across devices. It is never required to take a test or see what you scored.
No dark-pattern renewals
Renewal reminders before we charge. Cancel in two clicks from Settings. 14-day refunds, no questions asked.
No AI beyond your control
You can see and switch off everything Luna knows about you — test results, astrology, conversation memory — from one settings panel.
What we store, and why
Your test answers & results
Stored to show your profile; export or delete them any time from Settings.
AI conversations
Kept for 90 days to improve safety and quality (with contact details scrubbed), then deleted. Opt out any time.
Birth data (astrology)
Encrypted at rest, used only to compute your chart, deletable with one click — and it never affects test scores.
Analytics
Aggregate counting only — Google Analytics with advertising signals switched off, plus our own server-side product metrics. Nothing that profiles you across other sites.
The measurement side of this promise lives in our methodology. If we ever break either, tell us publicly — we deserve it.
