Refund policy

What is refundable

Your first payment for a Plus subscription (monthly or yearly), within 14 days of the charge.

Any one-time deep report, within 14 days of purchase.

Renewal charges, within 14 days, if you have not used Plus features since the renewal — and we send a reminder before every renewal precisely so this stays rare.

How to get one

Settings → Subscription → Request refund, or email us from your account address. Either way, no form to justify yourself, no retention call.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens after

Plus features switch off when the refund is issued. Your free results, your account, and everything Luna learned stay exactly as they were — a refund never deletes your data.

Free results were never behind payment in the first place; that is in our promise.
