Terms of service

Last updated August 17, 2026

The short version: core results are free forever, subscriptions unlock depth, you own your data, and our tests are self-reflection tools โ€” not diagnosis. The longer version follows.

The service

MoodyWonder provides self-assessment tests, written reports, and an AI Coach called Luna. Core test results are free and stay free โ€” payment unlocks depth (full reports, longer conversations), never your own result.

We may add, change, or retire features. If we ever retire something you paid for, we refund the unused part.

Not professional advice

Tests, reports, and Luna are for self-reflection and education. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no diagnosis is made or implied.

If you are in crisis, Luna is designed to stop coaching and point to real help. Please treat that seriously โ€” a language model is not an emergency service.

Subscriptions and payments

Plus renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancelling takes two clicks in Settings and stops the next charge; you keep access until the period ends.

We send a reminder before any renewal charge. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Refunds

14 days, no questions asked, on any first subscription payment and any one-time report. Details in the refund policy.

Your content and conduct

Your answers, results, and conversations remain yours; you grant us only the license needed to operate the service (score, store, display, and let Luna read what you allow).

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to extract other people's data, no automated scraping of reports, no using Luna to generate harassment. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability and changes

The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.

This document is a U1 draft prepared for design review โ€” it states our real intentions but has not yet been reviewed by counsel.
