The 3 ADHD Traits Check types
Three facets of the attention pattern — holding attention, getting started, and sitting still — read together as one signal. The types below are levels rather than kinds: how loud the signal is, not what species of person you are. None of them is a diagnosis, and the loudest one is a reason to talk to someone who can assess properly, not a conclusion.
How the result is decided
Every answer feeds one overall score, and that score falls into one of 3 bands. The bands are levels of the same thing, not different kinds of person.
Attention & follow-throughGetting started & organisingRestlessness & impulse
This is a screening-style questionnaire, not a diagnosis. A high score is a reason to talk to someone who can assess properly.
All 3 types
The Even SignalAttention holds, starts happen, stillness is available — what shows up here is the ordinary kind, and the specific days are the ones to notice.
The Drifting SignalSome days the thread holds and some days it does not — often enough to cost you, not so often that it explains everything.
The Loud SignalAttention, starting and stillness all fight you more often than most people report — worth taking to someone who can say what it means. Is this you?
