7w6 grounds the Seven's forward motion in relationships. The plans are still constant, but they include people, and the Six wing supplies enough caution to make this the more responsible and more collaborative of the two Seven wings.
The Six wing attaches a Seven to people. The plans still multiply, but they include a specific group, and there is enough doubt in the system to make a 7w6 check before leaping — which is why this wing is far more responsible and far more likely to keep a commitment than 7w8.
