Shadow Archetype · type
The Short Circuit
You act before you feel, leaving warmth as something you mean to circle back for and rarely do.
What this type is
Your shadow leans toward coldness and impulse: the crying waited out rather than met, the rule broken to see what happens, the guilt rare and short. This is the shadow of a real freedom — not being run by other people's feelings or by fear of consequences — and the shadow is what that freedom does when it stops noticing anyone else was in the room.
The playful reading is that you would be the villain who did it on impulse and never looked back, which in most films is the one people secretly like. The honest one is that the pause between impulse and action is where other people's wellbeing lives, and that "they get over things" is true and also a way of not having to care whether they do.
One thing to try, if you want to: the next time someone cries in front of you, stay for it instead of waiting for it to end. Say one sentence. The short circuit is the thing that fires before the sentence; the sentence is the thing that stops it.
What people with this result notice
Four of the eight notes the test writes for this type; the rest come with your own result.
⚡ You act before you feel
The move is made before the feeling has arrived, and the feeling gets filed under later — which rarely comes. That speed is exhilarating to be around and hard to be close to. Notice the moment you say I will circle back to that, and whether you ever do.
🔥 Warmth is not weakness, it is just slower
You treat the feeling half of a moment as optional equipment. It is the part other people were waiting for. Try one thing a day that has no purpose except the warmth of it.
What produces this result
Each answer adds to one of 3 facets. Whichever facet ends up highest names your type, so the result is about what leads rather than what is absent.
