La ciencia detrás
Adult ADHD screening instruments ask about frequency rather than agreement — how often something happens in a typical month — across the facets clinicians assess: sustained attention and follow-through, activation and organisation, and restlessness and impulse. This check uses the same three-facet shape and a five-point frequency scale, with items written for MoodyWonder; it is not a licensed instrument and is not the ASRS. A high score is a reason to talk to a clinician, not a result in itself. Lee la metodología completa →
This is a screening-style questionnaire, not a diagnosis. It reads how often certain experiences happen to you and compares that with other people; only a clinician can assess what it means for you. If the result worries you, take it to one.

Preguntas frecuentes
Can this tell me if I have ADHD?
No. Only a clinician can, and they use history, other people's observations, and instruments this is not. What this does is put your day-to-day experience into the three facets they assess, compare it with other people, and tell you plainly whether it is worth taking further.
I scored high — what now?
Take the result to a doctor or a psychologist; a screening-style score is exactly the kind of thing to bring. High scores also come from poor sleep, sustained stress, anxiety and burnout, which is why the result page points you to those checks too.
I scored low but I still struggle. Is the test wrong?
Possibly not wrong, just narrow. Attention problems have many causes and this measures three facets on a typical month. If the struggle is real and specific, a clinician can look at it properly — the score does not veto that.
