背景にある科学
Anxiety screening instruments ask how often, over a recent window, a person has experienced the three things that together define generalised anxiety: worry that is hard to control, a body that will not settle, and the irritability and avoidance that follow. This check uses the same three-facet shape over the last two weeks, with a five-point frequency scale and items written for MoodyWonder. It is not the GAD-7 or any licensed instrument. A high score is a reason to talk to someone, not a result in itself. 測定方法をくわしく読む →
This is a screening-style questionnaire, not a diagnosis. It reads how often certain experiences happen to you and compares that with other people; only a clinician can assess what it means for you. If the result worries you, take it to one.

よくある質問
Can this tell me if I have an anxiety disorder?
No. It measures how often three kinds of anxiety experience have shown up in the last two weeks and compares that with other people. A clinician assesses whether it is a disorder, what kind, and what would help. A high score here is a good reason to have that conversation.
Two weeks is short. What if I had a bad fortnight?
Then the score reflects the bad fortnight, which is what a screening window is for. Retake it in a month. If it stays high across windows, that is a pattern rather than a stretch — and the pattern is what to take to someone.
I scored high and I'm frightened by that.
A high score is common and it is information, not a sentence. Anxiety is among the most treatable things a clinician sees. If you feel unsafe or the worry has turned into thoughts of harming yourself, please talk to someone today — a local crisis line, a doctor, a person you trust.
