La ciencia detrás
The social-styles model, in use since the 1960s in one form or another, describes communication along two axes that are independent of each other: assertiveness (whether you tend to tell people things or ask them) and expressiveness (whether feeling shows in how you communicate or stays out of it). The two together give four styles, and the model's practical claim is that most friction between people is a style mismatch rather than a substance disagreement. These twenty situations are written for MoodyWonder; each card is one corner of the grid, and the result reads both axes as percentiles before naming the style. Lee la metodología completa →

Preguntas frecuentes
Which style is best?
None. Each has a room it works in and a room it fails in: the direct style closes decisions and bruises people; the warm style keeps teams together and delays hard calls. The model's point is that friction between two people is usually a style clash, and naming it is what dissolves it.
Does this change depending on who I'm talking to?
It flexes, and the situations here are chosen to catch the default rather than the flex. If you score near the middle on an axis, that is real information: you adjust more than most, and the cost of adjusting is worth knowing too.
How is this different from DISC?
Related models, different emphasis. DISC reads behaviour in a team; this reads the communication itself — the two dials that decide how a sentence comes out of you. If you have both results, they will usually agree on the corner and disagree on the details.
