What this type is
Your answers over the last two weeks put you well above what most adults report across all three facets: worry that runs on its own and jumps to the worst version, a body that is restless or tense and slow to settle at night, and the irritability and avoidance that follow when both have been going for a while. At this level the experience is rarely subtle. It is the 3 a.m. rehearsal, the jaw that aches, the invitation declined before it was read properly.
What the reading can say: this is a strong, consistent signal on a screening-style instrument, of the kind clinicians treat as a reason to assess properly — and anxiety at this level is among the most treatable things they see. What it cannot say: whether it is an anxiety disorder, which kind, or what is driving it. Sustained stress, sleep loss, some medical conditions, and grief produce the same profile, and they are not lesser explanations; they are different ones with different help.
The useful move is not to work out which. It is to talk to a doctor or a therapist this week, and to let them do the part a questionnaire cannot. If the worry has turned toward thoughts of not wanting to be here, that is a today conversation, not a this-week one — a crisis line, a doctor, a person you trust. The facet bars above say where the weight is heaviest right now; the insights below are the things people with this profile find worth doing while they wait for the appointment.

What produces this result
Every answer feeds one overall score, and that score falls into one of 3 bands. The bands are levels of the same thing, not different kinds of person.
This is a screening-style questionnaire, not a diagnosis. A high score is a reason to talk to someone who can assess properly.
