3w2 puts the Three's drive behind interpersonal warmth. The result is someone who advances through people rather than around them — genuinely likeable, genuinely effective, and very hard to dislike even when they are outcompeting you.
What the Two wing adds to a Three is that other people are part of the objective rather than an obstacle to it. 3w2 advances by being liked, and it is not a cynical move — the warmth is genuine and it is also load-bearing. This is the most charming wing in the system and, when unhealthy, the most likely to substitute charm for substance.
