Helping becomes something done well and visibly — the event organised, the introduction made, the person looked after in a way that others notice. Most often mistaken for a Three, because the ambition and the polish are both present. The difference is what success is for: a Three wants to be admired, a 2w3 wants to be indispensable to specific people. Take away the relationships and a Three still has the achievement; a 2w3 has nothing.
