What this type is

Your answers put you near the middle of the continuum, which is where the largest group of people sits and which the labels at either end do a poor job of describing. The honest reading is not "a bit of both" as a shrug; it is that your facets lean different ways, and the bars above say which. A person who is energised by company but needs a quiet morning to recover, or who loves stimulation and hates small talk, is not confused. They are an ambivert, and the facet pattern is the actual personality.

What this gives you is range. You can do the loud room and the long solitary project, read a crowd and read a book, and switch between them without either feeling like a costume. Ambiverts tend to do well in roles that alternate — sales with research, leading with building — and less well in roles that are all one thing.

The friction is that a middle score is easy to misread as having no preference, including by you. Look at the two facets furthest from the centre; those are your real settings, and they are the ones to protect. And notice which direction you drift under load: most ambiverts go one way when tired, and that direction tells you what recovery actually needs to look like.

What produces this result

Every answer feeds one overall score, and that score falls into one of 3 bands. The bands are levels of the same thing, not different kinds of person.
