What this type is
Your answers put you in the middle band: you are holding the shape of things, and the seams are starting to show. Usually this is one facet well ahead of the others — exhaustion that rest is no longer fully repaying, or a distance from work you used to care about, or a doubt about your own effectiveness that has no evidence behind it — while the other two are still intact.
What it gives you is a specific, early signal, which is the most useful kind. Burnout caught at the fray is a structural problem with structural fixes; burnout caught at the hollow is a recovery measured in months. The facet bars say which seam is going, and that decides what to do: exhaustion needs less load, cynicism needs meaning, a collapsed sense of effectiveness needs a visible win.
The friction is that a middle score is easy to explain away — a hard quarter, a bad manager, a stretch — and the explanations are often true and also the mechanism. Retake this in a month. If the seams are still showing, the stretch is the structure, and something about the load, the control, the recognition or the fit has to change. Nothing here asks you to work better. Burnout is not a performance problem.
What people with this result notice
Four of the eight notes the test writes for this type; the rest come with your own result.
What produces this result
Every answer feeds one overall score, and that score falls into one of 3 bands. The bands are levels of the same thing, not different kinds of person.
