Framework
The 3 ADHD傾向チェック types
Three facets of the attention pattern — holding attention, getting started, and sitting still — read together as one signal. The types below are levels rather than kinds: how loud the signal is, not what species of person you are. None of them is a diagnosis, and the loudest one is a reason to talk to someone who can assess properly, not a conclusion.
How the result is decided
Every answer feeds one overall score, and that score falls into one of 3 bands. The bands are levels of the same thing, not different kinds of person.
注意の持続とやりきる力取りかかりと段取り落ち着かなさと衝動
This is a screening-style questionnaire, not a diagnosis. A high score is a reason to talk to someone who can assess properly.
