What this type is
Your walls are solid. Nothing gets in that you did not admit, and very little is admitted — needs stay private, help is not asked for, and the people around you learn that the door is closed before they learn anything else. Somewhere this was the right answer. It kept something safe.
Where this helps: you are not depleted by other people's demands, you are hard to manipulate, and your inner life is genuinely your own. You do not overextend and then resent it; you simply do not extend, which is at least honest.
Where it costs: the walls do not distinguish between the people who would have hurt you and the ones who would have stayed if you had let them try. Reserve reads as a verdict on the person in front of you, when it is a general setting — and only you can say so. Under pressure you close further and call it independence. Real closeness is specifically the exchange of the part the walls protect, and it cannot happen from behind them. The move is small: one person, one thing you have not told anyone. Watch what they do with it. It is almost never what the wall was built to prevent.
What people with this result notice
Four of the eight notes the test writes for this type; the rest come with your own result.
What produces this result
Every answer feeds one overall score, and that score falls into one of 3 bands. The bands are levels of the same thing, not different kinds of person.
